Platform 9 Bar & Kitchen has quickly become a go-to spot for locals, students, and hotel guests in Blackpool’s Talbot Gateway. Since opening in May 2024 inside the Holiday Inn, the team has been serving satisfying dishes made with care.
Earlier this year, Platform 9 expanded into the space previously home to Marco’s New York Italian, giving chefs room to experiment and diners more space to relax.
