Eating out with children can sometimes be a challenge. This year, Blackpool Restaurant Week 2026 is making it easier and more fun for families. We have created a free, family-friendly activity sheet to keep children entertained while they wait for their food and make mealtimes calmer for everyone.
What’s on the Activity Sheet
Designed for children aged 5 to 11, the A3 sheet includes:
- A food themed picture to colour in
- A fun food word search
- Space to list favourite foods
- Fun facts about Blackpool and food
- Word unscramble game
- Spot the difference
This initiative was created with the support of Blackpool & The Fylde College hospitality students, giving them the chance to work on a practical project used in restaurants across the town.
By offering something fun for young diners, restaurants can show they are welcoming and family-friendly, while parents can relax and enjoy their meals.
