Blackpool Restaurant Week returns for a second year, from Thursday 12th to Thursday 19th March, and we are proud to announce Coral Island Blackpool as our headline sponsor. Yes, they rrrrr!
As Blackpool’s largest free admission family attraction, Coral Island has been delighting visitors for years with thrilling rides, classic arcade games, and award winning food. Their support helps shine a spotlight on Blackpool’s hospitality scene while adding a proper dose of pirate fun to Restaurant Week.
Delicious Dining for the Whole Family
Coral Island is home to a mix of eateries, from casual counters and classic fish & chips at The Big Fish Trading Company and The Traditional Chippy, to family bars and grill style dining at Peggy’s Family Snack Bar and Captain Jack’s Bar & Grill.
During Blackpool Restaurant Week, The Buccaneer Family Bar & Restaurant and Coral Harbour will be offering special deals, giving visitors the chance to enjoy great-value, award winning meals. And with their Kids Eat Free offer, one child under 10 eats free with every paid adult meal all day, every day.
Fun Facts:
- In 2025, Coral Island served over 20,000 burgers across their restaurants, if stacked up that’s taller than Blackpool Tower!
- Their award-winning fish & chips are legendary, with 75,500 portions served last year, which is enough to circle the base of the Tower more than 12 times.
- With rides, games, the Pirate Flyer, the Pirates Quest Ghost Train, the Camel Derby, and Blackpool’s largest prize shop, Coral Island is as much an adventure as it is a dining destination.
Community and Sustainability
Coral Island also takes pride in making responsible choices, working with Blackpool Zoo as the resort’s latest Sustainable Palm Oil Champion, proving that fun, food, and community can go hand in hand.
