Level 6: Beurre Patisserie

In collaboration with Beurre Patisserie, Level 6 will be hosting a one-off patisserie event where their students will work alongside Master Pâtissier, Raf Perussi.

Together they will deliver a focused takeover celebrating precision, technique and creativity.

The event offers diners something special while giving students valuable insight into professional patisserie.
