About Blackpool Restaurant Week
Blackpool Restaurant Week returns in 2026 after a successful first year, with more venues involved and a broader choice of menus, tasters and offers to help people try somewhere new.
The week brings together places to eat across the town, from long-standing family businesses to independents and well-known names. It is designed to shine a light on Blackpool’s food scene and the people who work in it every day.
This year we are putting more attention on families and young diners. We are asking venues to offer healthier children’s dishes, sharing options and smaller plates that make it easier for younger people to try different food. Families are a major part of Blackpool’s visitor and resident base, and their choices shape where people eat when they come into town.

Alongside this focus on young diners, we also want to highlight the wider role hospitality plays in supporting young people. The sector is the country’s largest employer of under 25s and provides accessible routes into work, training and development.
For the second year, we are working with students from Blackpool and The Fylde College, giving them the chance to be involved in activity across the week. This helps raise awareness of the opportunities within the industry and encourages young people to see hospitality as a practical and rewarding career.
We will continue to show the range of food across the town, including Blackpool’s long connection with fish and chips, by featuring venues known for their quality, consistency and history.
Restaurant Week supports local businesses, encourages people to explore different parts of Blackpool and celebrates the people who work in hospitality every day.
