Originally from Cornwall, Bethany moved to Blackpool to be closer to family and has added her own fresh touch to modern British cuisine. Her focus is on using fresh, seasonal ingredients to create dishes that are comforting and full of flavour. The menu has a variety of options, from filling breakfasts to seasonal specials and lighter bites.
One of Raleside’s highlights is its sharing plates, which have quickly become a favourite. These dishes allow guests to try a range of flavours in a relaxed way, perfect for groups or anyone wanting to sample a bit of everything. The menu also offers hearty options like burgers, toasties, paninis, sandwiches, and wraps for those who want something more substantial.
